Bahrain Ministry of Social Development was looking for a way to centrally monitor employee attendance in order to ensure more effective workforce management and establish employee accountability. Due to not having a central attendance monitoring system, there was a time lag in calculating employee working hours, overtimes and payroll calculation. They were desperately looking for a solution in order to remotely monitor their workforce activities.
